These terms apply to all quotes and orders with Sunset Printing Pty Ltd (ABN 47 007 239 367), Shop 3, 10 Park Rd, Cheltenham VIC 3192. By approving a quote or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Quotes

Quotes are free and are based on the details and files you give us. Quotes are valid for 30 days. If the job changes (quantity, size, stock, artwork or finishing), we will give you an updated quote before going ahead.

Payment

  • A deposit of 50% of the quoted price is payable when you place your order. We start work once the deposit is received.
  • The remaining 50% is payable on completion, before or when you collect or receive your job.
  • We accept cash, card or EFT (bank transfer).

Artwork and proofs

If you supply artwork, please send print-ready files. For plans and large format, please send a PDF or high-resolution JPG. We will send you a proof to check where needed. Please check spelling, details, sizes and layout carefully: once you approve a proof, we print exactly what was approved, and reprints to fix errors in approved proofs are charged. You confirm that you have the right to use any artwork, logos, photos or text you supply.

Colour

Colours can look different on screen and in print, and between different papers and materials. We do our best to match your expectations; small variations are normal in printing.

Turnaround, collection and delivery

Turnaround times are estimates that start once we have your approved proof and deposit; we confirm timing when we quote. Jobs can be collected from our Cheltenham shop during opening hours, or delivered by arrangement (delivery costs are quoted separately).

Cancellations and changes

If you cancel or change an order after work has started, we may charge for work already done and materials used. If you cancel an order, we refund your deposit minus any costs already incurred in the work.

Problems with your order

Please check your order when you receive it. If there is a problem, email us with photos of the issue within 24 hours of receiving your job. If we have made a mistake, we will reprint or fix it at no cost.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
