Can I bring my own garments?
Yes. We can supply the garments, or you can bring your own. Some fabrics can affect print quality and finish, so let us know what your garments are made of when you request a quote.
What file types should I send for my logo?
We accept PDF and high-resolution JPG files. Don’t have artwork ready? Our graphic design team can design it for you.
How does payment work?
We ask for a 50% deposit when you place your order and the remaining 50% when the job is complete. You can pay by cash, card or EFT.
Do you do embroidery?
Yes. As well as printing, we embroider logos and designs onto garments. Tell us what you need when you request a quote and we will recommend printing or embroidery for your job.
How long does garment printing take?
For one-off T-shirts, up to 5 shirts, allow 3 days. Repeat customers can usually have them in 24 hours. For more than 5 garments, allow 5 to 7 business days.
