Sunset Printing Pty Ltd (ABN 47 007 239 367) (“Sunset Printing”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

We only collect the information we need to quote, print and deliver your job and to keep in touch with you. This may include:

  • your name, business or organisation, phone number, email address and delivery address;
  • details of your job, such as quantities, sizes, artwork and files you send us;
  • records of quotes, orders and payments (we do not store full card numbers);
  • information about how you use our website (see “Cookies and website analytics” below).

How we collect it

We collect information when you request a quote or submit a job through our website, call or visit our shop at Shop 3, 10 Park Rd, Cheltenham, email us, or place an order with us.

How we use it

  • to prepare quotes, complete and deliver your job, and contact you about it;
  • to take payment and keep business records;
  • to send you occasional emails about our services and specials, if you have agreed to receive them or are an existing customer. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time;
  • to ask for feedback or a review after a job;
  • to improve our website and services.

We never sell or rent your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with trusted service providers who help us run the business, and only as needed:

  • ActiveCampaign – our customer database and email service. It stores contact details and enquiries, and its servers may be located outside Australia, including in the United States.
  • Google – Google Analytics measures how our website is used, and Google reCAPTCHA protects our forms from spam.
  • Meta (Facebook) – the Facebook pixel helps us understand visits from Facebook and Instagram.
  • WordPress and our website host – store the information you submit through our website forms.
  • couriers, when we deliver a job to you, and our IT and website support providers.

Some of these providers store information overseas. We choose reputable providers and take reasonable steps to make sure they protect your information. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Cookies and website analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar tools from Google Analytics, the Facebook pixel and ActiveCampaign to understand which pages are visited and how people find us. This information is used in summary form. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website will still work.

Keeping your information safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we delete or de-identify it when we no longer need it.

Accessing or correcting your information

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, at any time. To unsubscribe from our emails, use the link at the bottom of any email or contact us.
